Prompt Engineering System
Teams learn the CROTATFC framework — Context, Role, Objective, Tasks, Audience, Tone, Format, Constraints — and build reusable prompt libraries with review standards for consistent outputs.

Session 02
Custom AI Assistants
Participants deploy role-specific assistants in ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, configured against real internal documents, company language, and process constraints.

Session 03
AI Design Sprint
Leaders identify and prioritize 3-5 high-impact automation pilots using the AI Opportunity Card and the Score = (Volume × Minutes × Impact × Feasibility) / Risk formula.
Deliverable: prioritized pilot roadmap with owners and KPIs.
